I'm safe in Siberia

I'm still in shock. I just arrived in Irkutsk after 4 days at Lake Baikal. I've spent the last 90 minutes reading the news on the Internet and writing friends and family. I leave tomorrow morning by train for Beijing. I'm supposed to fly to the USA from Beijing, but at this point I have no idea if I'll be able to. I'll write more as time permits.
